Went with some friends to this Malaysian spot. It was pretty busy, but the food was super tasty! Would definitely come back again

So much flavours in the meals we had. I ordered the roti chicken curry and my husband had the rice and roast chicken as well as the nasi lemak. For entrees we had the curry puffs and deep fried wontons they were made very fresh with a nice crisp. All meals came out quickly and we're very tasty

Malay House remains our go-to restaurant for relaxed family dining, offering a delightful range of dishes. Personally, I adore their fried flat noodles, Char Kway Teow, while we all savor the flavorful Chicken Laksa. Our son finds joy in his fried chicken dish, praising its tasty flavor. And let’s not forget their irresistible 3-layered milk tea, a sweet treat that always hits the spot. With reasonable prices and generous portions, Malay House continues to be a favorite dining destination for us.

The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with authentic flavors, with just the right balance of spice and coconut. The fresh veggies, tofu, and noodles soaked up all the deliciousness, making every bite comforting and satisfying. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the great dining experience. If you’re looking for a top-notch veg curry laksa, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommend!

Visited Malay House Underwood recently and was pleasantly surprised by how quick the service was. The ambience isn’t the highlight—simple and no frills—but honestly, I didn’t mind because the food more than made up for it. We ordered Nasi Goreng, Roast Chicken, battered prawns, egg pancake, and Satay, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The Nasi Goreng had that authentic smoky wok taste, the Roast Chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the prawns crispy yet juicy, and the Satay had a rich, delicious peanut sauce. If you’re after great Malaysian food without fuss, this place is worth visiting.

We love this place !! I'm here with family and friends often and this restaurant does NOT disappoint. The food is fresh and flavourful, the prices are reasonable and the service is good. The place is often packed so it pays to be patient and either arrive early or come later on. My only suggestion is to throw away all the plates and crockery with cracks and chips in them.
